Stage 1. - Buyer Consult
A no pressure conversation to discuss your goals, timelines, needs and a wants in a home. We will go over the full home buying process from preapproval to settlement.
Step 2. - Pre-Approval
Meet with a reputable mortgage lender to get preapproved for a mortgage. Buying power will be established and we will create a strategy for writing a winning offer.
Step 3. - Tour Properties
The fun part! I create a customized home search that notifies you in real time to view houses online. I schedule appointments to tour the contenders in person. Keeping the frog kissing to a minimum.
Step 4. - Fall In Love
We find and write an offer on “the one”. Then comes the under contract stage of the process. Which has a whole new set of steps and processes which I will guide you through.
